​​Pastor Brian has served our church since July 2021. Prior to his call to Montezuma, he completed his licensing in Iowa in 2014, then served with Mackey United Methodist Church and Marion Street United Methodist Church both in the Boone area. He grew up on a farm near Humbolt, and graduated from high school there in 1991. He married his wife Robin in 1994. Together they have three children - Ryan, Ethan and Gabby. Brian is an avid collector of toy tractors, Coca-Cola memorabilia, a fan of the STL Cardinals, KC Chiefs and anything hockey.

Terence joined our staff in June of 2023. He is originally from the area, but has spent 25+ years in music ministry and leadership at Evangelical Covenant, United Methodist and Lutheran (ELCA) churches in Michigan, Illinois and Iowa. He is a graduate of John Brown University, where he studied music, piano, organ, choral conducting, church worship, and minored in Biblical Studies. He brings a variety of music traditions and excellence to our weekly worship. He and his husband Juan reside near Victor.
