Our music ministry at Montezuma United Methodist Church is led by our music coordinator. We would encourage anyone that wishes to be involved in music by providing vocal or instrumental talents to contact us - we will make room!

The worship style at our weekly Sunday gatherings in "blended" in nature. We honor the use of traditional hymns, gospel, Spirituals, contemporary praise music and new music available in our United Methodist song resources. 

 

Our Chancel Choir is our primary music ministry that meets on a regular basis, most Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. in the church Chapel. The choir is open to both the church and the community. The music is non-traditional and accessible for most singers that are able to match pitch and follow along next to singers who are more experienced. The Chancel Choir does not rehearse or sing during the summer months. ​​​​
